About You

As a crucial member of the team using your critical thinking, interpersonal skills and problem solving to deliver quality work and excellent customer service. 

Success in this Role Includes

Taking on the initiative and responsibility for managing exhibitor relationships and experiences, with accurate and timely correspondence.  As well as organizational support, and involvement in additional department projects as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all information for exhibiting, including but not limited exhibitor sign-ups, up-size and down-size requests and other modifications as necessary and to communicate timely and accurately and with exceptional customer service

  • Create and manage floor plans, on-site activity and update contracts and rules and regulations

  • Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or develop and are subject to amendment at any time based on association and departmental needs


  • 3-5 years of experience conventions/exhibits industry, including floor plan experience and a track record of successful project management

  • Excellent business communication skills

  • Flexibility with travel and work schedules

  • Experience with project management and team collaboration required

  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)

  • Experience in the coffee, beverage or foodservice industries a plus
