You are a crucial member of the team and are responsible for ensuring sales goals are met, through good customer service support, as well as buying and analytics collection and reporting.
Success in this role includes
Taking on the responsibility for sourcing, developing and coordinating distribution tactical execution of e-commerce merchandising, marketing and sales strategies and retail management onsite at select events throughout the year Coffee Association (SCA) across Asia with specific support to the Korea Chapter.
Attracts potential and supports existing customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Working with 3rd party vendors to facilitate functionality of the store. Including but not limited to: a fulfillment center, online shopping module of the organizations CRM, shipping companies, designers, photographers, as well as interfacing with association’s outsourced IT dept.
Define, track, and report on key business metrics, customer behavior, site flow and traffic patterns to meet or exceed annual and quarterly sales targets. Assists with the execution of pricing of existing and new products.
Manage the merchandising assortment, for multiple global brands. Manage new product on-boarding process.
Recommends potential products or services as well as product elimination to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Excellent verbal and written skills, including a strong working knowledge of grammatical principles and application in Korean and English, both written and verbal.
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a high-volume e-commerce store with demonstrated success required
Familiarity with global markets and sales tactics.
Superior project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously and providing clear communication of timelines and expectations to team members.
Ability to analyze markets and customer needs and develop marketing plans and product recommendations based on those needs
Basic knowledge of HTML/XTML and graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite familiarity)
In-store retail sales management experience and familiarity with online advertising channels and means of maximizing customer impressions and mindshare
Strong customer service skills-a desire to create passionate, repeat customers.
Self-starter, with the ability to take initiative in supporting business goals.
Experience in the coffee, beverage or foodservice industries a plus.
