Exhibitor Service Manager at the Specialty Coffee Association

Success in this role includes
Taking on the initiative and responsibility for managing exhibitor relationships and experiences, with accurate and timely correspondence. As well as organizational support, and involvement in additional department projects as needed.
Managing exhibitor sign-ups, up-size requests, down-size requests, waitlists and cancellations with a high level of customer service
Liaising with exhibitor-appointed contractors (EACs)
Ensuring all information for exhibiting is communicated timely and accurately, and on-site forms, contracts and rules and regulations are regularly updated
Aiding in designing and maintaining exhibit floor plans, exhibitor service kit
Serving as main contact for exhibit management software vendor
Reviewing select booth drawings, enforcing association and venue rules/regulations
Supporting and invoicing exhibitors as necessary for ancillary activities
Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or develop and are subject to amendment at any time based on association and departmental needs.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in exhibits management
Experience with exhibit management software
Association industry experience preferred
Ability to effectively problem-solve anticipated and immediate challenges
Detail oriented and possess independent and discretionary judgment
Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proficiency with A2Z a plus
Experience in the coffee, beverage or foodservice industries a plus.
