Success in this role includes
Supporting the Business Development team on sponsorship fulfillment, customer communications and sponsor relations onsite during events.
Maintain customer files, contact information and call history into sales reporting tools
Meticulously track sales and invoicing
Manage all fulfillment details for sponsors onsite at events.
Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or develop and are subject to amendment at any time based on association and departmental needs.
Ability to deliver customer satisfaction, which results in referrals, references and repeat business.
Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
2 plus years of sales, marketing, or related field (B.S. or B.A. preferred)
Successful project management and team collaboration
Excellent business communication skills
Proficiency in multiple languages a plus.
Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)
Proficiency with project management software, Salesforce a plus
Experience in the coffee, beverage or foodservice industries a plus
