Success in this role includes

Supporting the Business Development team on sponsorship fulfillment, customer communications and sponsor relations onsite during events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer files, contact information and call history into sales reporting tools

  • Meticulously track sales and invoicing

  • Manage all fulfillment details for sponsors onsite at events.

  • Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or develop and are subject to amendment at any time based on association and departmental needs. 

  • Ability to deliver customer satisfaction, which results in referrals, references and repeat business.

  • Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.


  • 2 plus years of sales, marketing, or related field (B.S. or B.A. preferred)

  • Successful project management and team collaboration

  • Excellent business communication skills

  • Proficiency in multiple languages a plus.

  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)

  • Proficiency with project management software, Salesforce a plus

  • Experience in the coffee, beverage or foodservice industries a plus
