About You

As a crucial member of the team you will administer the online exam process for SCA learners and Authorized SCA Trainers (ASTs) ensuring both are able to successfully utilize SCA’s systems

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administers the online exam process for learners and ASTs

  • Ensures ASTs and learners are in compliance with online exam policies

  • Monitors and resolves exam access issues for ASTs and learners

  • Liaises with Operations team and Online Exam Provider to resolve issues that impact the exam online program

  • Handles customer service inquiries regarding online exams

  • Monitors and acts upon submitted applications from learners and ASTs to obtain a waiver from the online exam requirement

  • Resets online exams as needed

  • Enters results submitted via paper-based exams

  • Ensures the accuracy and availability of exams, curriculum and other supplementary documents on the AST Portal

  • Audits approved courses to determine accuracy of status and timely closure.

  • Monitors the education email account and routes inquiries to appropriate staff  members.

  • Provides administrative support to the Education Managers through updating curriculum documents and supplementary materials

  • Provides support (as able) to team members handling course announcement, invoicing, profile access, missing certificates, certificate downloads, etc.

  • Ensures proper handling, archiving and disposal of paper-based exams submitted to US office by ASTs

  • Coordinates plaque postal delivery to new ASTs (US based ASTs)

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience

  • Good working knowledge of programs such as Excel, Airtable, Trello, Teams, Wufoo, Google docs/sheets, etc.

  • Must be comfortable working in database systems

  • Excellent organization and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Willingness to travel outside of office hours

  • Preferred knowledge of SCA and SCA Education programs
