2025 World Coffee Championships to Take Place Across Three Continents

The Specialty Coffee Association is thrilled to announce the locations for the 2025 World Coffee Championships, to be held in four cities across three continents. These championships highlight unique skillsets within the coffee industry, providing a platform for thousands of coffee professionals worldwide to demonstrate their expertise, style, and passion for specialty coffee while celebrating the many hands that contribute to its journey.

 

  • The World Coffee Roasting Championship will take place at Specialty Coffee Expo Houston in the United States, being held at George R. Brown Convention Center, April 25-27, 2025.

  • The World Brewers Cup will take place at World of Coffee Jakarta in Indonesia, being held at Jakarta Convention Center, May 15-17, 2025. World of Coffee Jakarta is organized by Exporum and hosted by SCA Indonesia. A famous coffee producing country, Jakarta is also home for the current World Barista Champion, crowned in Busan, Korea this past May, Mikael Jasin.

  • The World Latte Art, World Coffee in Good Spirits, Cezve/Ibrik, and World Cup Tasters Championships will take place at World of Coffee Geneva in Switzerland, being held Palexpo Exhibition and Convention Center, June 26-28, 2025.

  • As previously announced, the 25th edition of the World Barista Championship will take place at HostMilano in Italy, being held at Fiera Milano (Rho), October 17-21, 2025.
