A Guide to the New SCA Portal

On February 17, after almost two years in development, the SCA launched the new SCA Portal where members can access benefits, sign up for courses, and much more. Over the next few years, we’ll continue improving the system, adding more and more features for our users.

As is to be expected with new systems, we’ve run into a few bugs, but our team is working hard to fix them. We want to say thank you to our customers for your patience as we improve our new integrated system for all of our customers around the world. This page is a guide to common issues and questions with the new portal.

If you’re having trouble logging in or creating a new account, follow this guide to help diagnose your issue.

Have you created an account in the new SCA Portal after February 17, 2023?

                                               i.     In February 2023, the SCA launched the new SCA Portal. If you have purchased membership or courses with this email address in the past, we can pull up your history and create your new account. b.     No

                                               i.     No problem. Welcome and thank you for your interest in the SCA. We have recently launched the new SCA Portal where users can sign up for membership and courses taught by independent trainers around the world.
