Flash Survey: COVID-19 Impacts on Coffee Business

As a part of the global specialty coffee community, the SCA is deeply concerned about the welfare of the businesses that form the basis of our professional network. In an attempt to understand and document the impact that COVID-19 is having on the specialty coffee industry, we have created this snapshot poll of the Specialty Coffee industry.

Based upon a similar poll created by the Fine Cacao and Chocolate Institute, the aim here is to gather data about the changes the coffee industry is undergoing, the challenges companies are facing, and the decisions they are having to make in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic.

It is our hope that this information will help us and others to better respond to the needs of the specialty coffee community in the future. Please take five minutes to respond to this poll. We are of course here to answer any questions and offer whatever support we can in this difficult time.
