She began her career 15 years ago in microfinance, building BlueOrchard Finance’s portfolio of investments in Latin America. She then worked for TechnoServe, a global NGO working on business solutions to poverty, as the Colombia Country Manager. Catalina holds an MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics.
