The Coffee Value Assessment (CVA) is a tool that helps cuppers and coffee traders assess and record coffee's value. It comprises four assessments—physical, descriptive, affective, and extrinsic—that can be used alone or in combination. The CVA forms are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, French, and Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
