Third Community Survey: The impact of COVID-19: One Year Later
It has now been a year since the pandemic began to change our world. In March 2020, we created a short poll aimed at understanding and documenting how COVID-19 is affecting our industry. We reopened this poll in June 2020, and as we are committed to understanding what the affect is during different phases of the pandemic, we have now reopened our short poll for a third time.
The poll, available in five languages, includes questions about the challenges companies are facing, and the decisions they are having to make in order to adapt to the situation. The Spanish and English surveys are aimed at both producing-focused businesses and consumption-focused businesses while the version in Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese are aimed at consumption-focused businesses only.
It is our hope that this information will help us and others to better respond to the needs of the specialty coffee community in the future. Click the link below to take the survey in your preferred language.
Special thanks to our sponsor, Pacific Barista Series, for making this survey possible.

The survey is now closed. The results of our “The Impact of COVID-19” surveys will be presented at Coffee Retail Summit, April 13-14.
