Modern Standard Coffee
Lynsey Harley is the founder and CEO of Modern Standard Coffee, a specialty coffee roaster and retailer in the UK. With a café in Edinburgh, and roastery in Lynsey's hometown of Glenrothes in Fife, they supply customers throughout the UK and Europe.
A Q Grader, UK Cup Tasting Champion and barista competition judge, Lynsey has been active within the specialty coffee community since 2008, and served as UK National Coordinator for the SCA in 2010.
