In Roundtable, a video series from the SCA, CEO Yannis Apostolopoulos hosts conversations with leaders in the coffee industry from around the world with a view towards the future.

Episode #4 features a conversation with Black CEOs in coffee focused on the Black Lives Matter movement, their experiences as Black professionals in the coffee sector, and what work is required to dismantle systemic racism in the coffee space and the wider culture. In an effort to center the voices and experiences of Black professionals, Gary Cunningham, a senior human resources leader with 25 years of experience, kindly agreed to take on the role of moderator.
