VOLUNTEER WITH

The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) was built by people who showed up and contributed their time to grow the specialty coffee community. Volunteers still play a central role at SCA events around the world, supporting everything from competitions to the attendee experience.

Lead volunteer roles available

Some volunteer opportunities are intended for experienced professionals who can take the lead on key areas during SCA events. Rather than supporting a single shift, these roles involve managing functions and helping deliver important parts of the event experience. Opportunities may include emcees, workshop instructors, coffee bar managers, and other specialized positions.

Lead volunteer roles follow a separate application process and may require prior experience or subject-matter expertise.
