This exquisite Geisha coffee comes from the farm of Senecio Cordova Bermea, a proud participant in our sourcing program through Origin Coffee Lab. From June to October 2023, Senecio and his family meticulously harvested this coffee, ensuring every cherry was picked at its peak ripeness.

Nestled in the lush landscapes of Cajamarca, the farm thrives not only with coffee but also with other cultivars such as yuca and banana, and the occasional llama, contributing to the biodiversity and sustainability of the region. Senecio Cordova Bermea's dedication to quality is evident in every step of the coffee's journey, from cultivation to processing. As part of our premium program, Senecio invests in production, holding enough parchment for potential microlots or improved community blends, reflecting his commitment to excellence.

The El Eucalipto coffee undergoes a meticulous washed process. After being handpicked, the cherries are fermented in a ceramic tank, a method that enhances the coffee's unique flavors. Following fermentation, the coffee is dried in a solar dryer, harnessing the natural energy of the sun to gently coax out the beans' full potential.

When you sip El Eucalipto, you're not just tasting a coffee; you're experiencing a journey of flavors. With a cupping score of 87.8, this coffee is remarkably juicy and complex, offering a symphony of intense fruit flavors and beautiful tannins.
