I have been working in the specialty coffee industry for almost ten years, doing all kinds of stuff during this time: being a barista, a roaster, a coach, hosting coffee cuppings and training, judging in competitions, creating coffee-related content @ohhmygoda. In short, it is the best journey of my life.

Nominees for Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Diana Augūnaitė
Nominee for Marketing & Communications Coordinator
I am an experienced specialist in international communication, marketing, and project management, with the know-how of public relations and mass media, with a strong analytical and strategic background. I love being a part of unique events and projects, and no doubt, the most significant coffee festival in the Baltics - Vilnius Coffee Festival - is one of them!
Nominees for Events Coordinator
Neringa Dapkevičienė
Nominee for Events Coordinator
I have been in the coffee industry for six years. I have gone from knowing nothing about coffee to successfully running a coffee shop. In 2016, one of my baristas became the national Latte Art champion, and we represented Lithuania in Shanghai, China. Both competitions, National and World, were the leading accelerators for me to go deeper into championships backstage. Since 2016, I've cooperated during the most significant coffee event in Lithuania, mainly with the judges' team. Since 2018 I'm covering all championships from A to Z. I'm glad to join a fantastic team and make the Lithuanian coffee scene bigger and brighter.
Nominees for Education Coordinator
Akvile Armonaite
Nominee for Education Coordinator
2013 was the year when I started working with coffee, and now I still have a massive passion for everything that involves coffee. I have attended Barista camps, World of Coffee events, national championships, and I am eager to learn. I have been working with the Vilnius Coffee festival for four years, and three years in a row, I have coordinated the education space. I am happy to have an opportunity to spread the word about coffee and help to increase the knowledge of coffee in Lithuania. Coffee is about sharing, and it is about people - we have to share our knowledge to improve!
