SCA Russia Chapter: Election Results
Thank you for voting in the SCA Russia Chapter election!
Following the nomination period, there were six open coordinator roles for the SCA Russia Chapter, some of which were uncontested. As such, there was no need to proceed with a vote for these roles.
SCA Russia members voted for the roles of National Coordinator, Events Coordinator, Marketing and Communications Coordinator, and Judges Coordinator. The breakdown of the votes was as follows:

• 2004 – 2012 – Sales and Marketing Director, Head of coffee school in Montana Coffee Company.
• 2012 – 2021 – General Director of Madian Ltd – exclusive dealer of Mahlkoenig, Ditting, Anfim, TONE, Puqpress in Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus. Madian is owned by Franko holding, official exclusive dealer of Franke, Marco, Marzocco.
• 2015 – 2017, 2019-21 – National Coordinator.
• 2012 – 2021 - Director of Specialty Coffee school – Sense of Coffee (www.senseofcoffee.ru)
• WCE certified WBC sensory judge since 2014
• Cup of Excellence judge since 2009
• Active SCA (SCAE) member for more than 10 years
• Judge actively about 10-15 national and world WCE championships every year since 2008
• I have organized in 2013 Latte Art and CIGS national championships.

Baklushina Olesya
Community Coordinator
My experience with coffee is 15 years and it has become a part of my life for a long time. I worked with coffee as a barista, caffeine manager, and roaster. I give coffee courses and help baristas prepare for championships. At this moment I am a co-owner of the Coffee Studio in the city of Togliatti and the Head of the Berrycoffee company for coffee roasting. Additionally, I have been actively refereeing the WBC National Championships more than 6 years. Over the years, I have judged championships in more than 10 regions. I'm taking part in the IBC championships and was the site coordinator for the 2021 Russian Roasting Championship.
Baklushina Olesya was the only member to accept a nomination for the Community Coordinator position.

С 2002 года в кофе, чемпион России Coffee in Good Spirits 2009. 7 лет судейство чемпионатов, 10 лет организация и проведение региональных и национальных чемпионатов бариста SCA. Директор по качеству кофе в БУШЕ. Основатель проекта Russian Barista, веду одноименный youtuba канал.
Grigorii Aksenov

Siberian SCA trainer: Barista Skills, Sensory, Brewing Sensory judge of National Barista Championship.
Grigorii Aksenov was the only member to accept a nomination for the Community Coordinator position.

Since 2004 ~ Barista since 2007 ~ Barista Trainer 2011, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2018, 2019 ~ COE jury (El Salvador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Colombia Brasil) since 2012 ~ Sensory Judge Ultimate Barista Challenge Russia and China since 2013 ~ Sensory & Technical Judge National Competitions since 2013 ~ HOST & Organizer of Regional Coffee Competitions since 2014 ~ Sensory Judge National Brewer`s Cup Competitions since 2016 ~ Creator and Organizer of Coffee Culture Festival KOFEVOSTOK since 2017 Head Judge National Brewer`s Cup Competitions.

Experience with coffee since 2007. Q grader since 2013 and in 2018 passed the Q Instructor educational program.
Judge experience since 2013/14. Head judge for Russian Barista championships and Russian Brewers Cup since 2018. Sensory Judge for World Brewers Cup since 2019. Sensory Judge for WBrC in Milan, 2021. Judge Coordinator for Russian Chapter 2019-2021.
