Meet the new coordinators

Marta Niwińska

I have experience of working as a café owner and manager, but since 2018 my main focus has been coffee education. Since 2019 I have been working as an AST trainer for Sensory Skills, Brewing and Green Coffee. As a Q Arabica and Q Robusta Grader, I am also involved in green and roasted coffee quality assessment.

I am constantly trying to gain new experience as a coffee competition judge taking part in brewers cup, aeropress competitions and helping to organize local coffee competitions.

I really enjoy learning new things and teaching others. In addition to coffee, I also educate myself about wine.

Marcin Rzonca

Current Marketing Coordinator SCA Poland, coffee enthusiast, photographer and camera operator. Involved in Polish specialty coffee scene since ten years as a journalist and photographer. Built clear and active marketing & communication of SCA Poland in last years.

Katarzyna Zyzało-Moczydłowska

For the past two years, I have proudly served the SCA Polish community, leading the SCA Poland Team as a National Coordinator. I am fully convinced that many things have changed for the better during this time, and I deeply believe that we can achieve much more in the future, but only if we work together.

I've been involved in the coffee business since 2008, working professionally as an independent consultant in the areas of sensory analysis, barista training, and coffee marketing. I was the Polish Barista Champion in 2012 and 2014 and became an international judge in 2016. Since then, I have traveled all over the world to judge coffee competitions, amassing experience and gaining recognition as a respected specialist. Currently, I am a WCC Representative Judge, experienced and certified in all categories. I also work as a licensed Q Arabica Grader.
