We're Hiring: Sales Manager
Please note this position offers a base salary and commission earnings. The salary range posted indicates the potential possible.
As a Sales Manager, your key focus will be selling sponsorship, advertising, and underwriting opportunities for a diverse portfolio of activities, as well as client relations and service management. In this role, you will engage in the entire sales process from prospecting potential clients to contracting final agreements and supporting the fulfilment of services. Sales staff work as a team to develop strong, reliable relationships with clients. The team also works together to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to cross-team meetings to support the development and design of products.

You are a self-starter, organized with managing schedules, facilitating meetings or conference calls, and have competency around setting and achieving goals. You are well regarded at maintaining excellent relationships and can do so with a variety of industry clients.
Key Responsibilities
Explore, new and existing advertisers and sponsors for designated projects (through networking, cold calling, referrals, and any other means of generating interest of potential new customers).
Craft sales pitch and approach to promoting our sales package opportunities
Create proposals for standard or customized sales packages
Maintain tracking systems and documentation around the progress of the sales
Generate activity to support meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintaining communications and relationships with clients for a positive experience with the association.
Work directly with the department chiefs in team meetings for creation, updates, feedback, and strategies for sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years in sales in the coffee industry and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, networking, prospecting, presentation, closing, and persuasion skills
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to succeed individually and as a team member in a sales-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to positively interact with customers and co-workers
Adept in public speaking and delivering presentations to small and large groups
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English with proficiency in other languages a plus.
Highly resourceful and collaborative team-player with strong interpersonal skills and possesses the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
A strategic and forward thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes ideas and solutions.
Is self-directed, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple programs, campaigns, and special projects to meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
Must be an inspiring team player and work well in a collaborative environment.
Have the ability and desire to travel to SCA global events as necessary and needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms, cloud systems, and project management tools.

Pay: £40,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
