Lauren Castellanos, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Science on Call

Luisa Castellanos has always had a passion for helping independent businesses. Starting her first company at age 11, she began her journey as an entrepreneur. Her first jobs were a local ice cream shop, then toy stores, galleries and art museums. Along the way she realized these brick-and-mortar businesses lacked friendly, reliable technology support.

At the end of 2014 she co-founded Science, a boutique IT consulting agency dedicated to helping independent coffee shops and retailers with technology. Today their low-cost subscription service, Science On Call is not only helping coffee shops, restaurants, and retailers navigate the pandemic, but the future of tech in hospitality.
