Best New Product follow a structured evaluation process designed to ensure expert-informed fairness, transparency, and industry value.


Entries are evaluated based on:

  • Market Problem/Need

  • Customer Value

  • Novelty & Innovation

  • Design & Aesthetics

  • Sustainability

  • Overall Judge Impression

Products are entered into one of five categories and industry experts are selected as judges

Finalists are selected through online evaluation

Judges review and score every product in their category to identify which products move to the live pitch at World of Coffee

Live pitches at World of Coffee

The finalists pitch their products to an expert judging panel and WOC attendees vote for the People’s Choice Awards winner

The winner is announced at the BNP Awards

Winners from each category are honored during the live ceremony followed by interviews with the press
