Campus Requirements
Organizations applying for SCA Premier Training Campus accreditation must meet standards related to training facilities, classroom environments, equipment, operational readiness, learner support, and program-specific technical requirements to help ensure a consistent, high-quality educational experience.
Dedicated theory classroom and cupping room with appropriate seating and workspace
Controlled sensory environment, odour-free, carpet-free, temperature-regulated, with blackout and red-light capability
Water quality meeting SCA specifications
Cupping equipment for all students: grinder, scale, bowls, kettles, and stopwatch
Green coffee tools: sizing screens, moisture meter, density meter, and grading mats

Dedicated roasting space with appropriate lighting, ventilation, temperature control, and fire safety compliance

Colour measurement device calibrated to the SCA Agtron Roast Color Scale
