  • Colour measurement device calibrated to the SCA Agtron Roast Color Scale

  • Support equipment: moisture meter, cupping bowls, roast logs, scales, and specialty grade green coffee

  • Theory classroom and dedicated espresso workstation with adequate space per student

  • Commercial espresso machine with calibrated temperature and pressure - not super-automatic

  • Doser and grind-on-demand grinders with full smallwares and glassware
